Awaken the energy already within you

I've been on a personal kundalini awakening journey for over a decade so I immediately recognized the energy visible in the demos online. Yet after my first session I felt an amplification of my life force and expansion of my vitality. It has become a catalyst in my life supporting a quickening of positive change with more ease and peace. I've loved attending virtual sessions with Patrick and I can affirm the energy is just as available as other things I've done in-person. Patrick holds an impeccable container — he extends patience, inclusion, and wisdom to his strong community of practitioners who keep returning. I highly recommend!

I am truly grateful for Patrick, there are not enough words of gratitude I can express. In the toughest moments of my life I had the opportunity to get healings from Patrick. There was so much pain and so much insecurity inside of me. But with the energy and the healings I experienced with these sessions both in person or online were extremely powerful. Honestly, I don't even know how many online sessions I had with you. I believe many 😊 Always it's beyond this world. It's so hard to explain how amazing I feel every single time. Stillness of my mind and thoughts — that is sometimes really rare for me. Great relief and relaxation during the session and after.

No words. Still processing. There was so much peace, so much love... felt like I fully left the body — gently and peacefully. Floating in white light. In nothingness and everythingness... thank you very much for a beautiful transmission and your pure light gentle loving energy.

The session was beautiful and left me so energized. I felt very connected to source on a deep level. There was one point I felt this liberating rush through my body, like I could breathe for the first time in a long while, and see everything so clearly. Nothing really mattered anymore. After the session my throat felt sore and it was like I lost my voice for a brief moment, which symbolises a lot that I've been going through lately. I really needed to receive KAP after a few pretty intense weeks so I'm so grateful for you holding space for us. Thank you so much!

It was a powerful and deeply healing experience for me, where I felt connected to myself and to my heart. Physically, my body went into spontaneous yoga postures, and mudras I wasn't even familiar with. My hands were moving over my chakras, and I felt a lot of energy being moved and released. I especially felt more space in my heart center. I cried at the end, processing something I was healing through and felt the release in my heart. The tension in my neck and the back of my head is gone. The energy was also so gentle. My dog was present, and at one point, because I was having a lot of spontaneous movements, I thought I would for sure accidentally kick him. But the energy was intelligent and it guided me to lovingly pet him, and touch his fur. Even when my earphones fell out at one point, the energy didn't stop. I loved the experience. I really felt aligned and connected after, much closer to my true self. I felt so much space to breathe, and so much heart expansion. I didn't expect such a powerful session, just as it was in person! Thank you!

Even though we're not physically together and there's no conversation going on, Patrick made me feel guided throughout the whole session. His energy was very profound and present. It is a concept that is hard to pin exactly with words, but I truly felt guided. As always, Patrick made me feel at home. :)

My first time was very intense, I saw lots of colors, visions, felt lot of emotions, felt the energy throughout my body, it's not comparable to anything else, I loved the music, it was very helpful to leave and let go. After the session I remain in a state of bliss states, I feel different but very good as if my senses were heightened tenfold. Thanks again for this first time I loved it.

Shaking and dancing was fun and really helped me further relax and surrender into the process! Did some necessary laughing, chanting, screaming and crying — great release. Now I'm feeling calm and at peace :) Looking forward to the next time!

Wow! What a beautiful and powerful session! I felt the energy move though me and move my body as a celebration of life. So much joy! I also experienced deep stillness and a state of "nothing-ness" in the most beautiful, magnificent way. Deep gratitude!

Simply wonderful. Healing, clearing, peace bringing. Lots of dreams last night with the feeling that the energy of past stories that no longer serve me was moving out. Total peace and wide awareness today.

The experience was quite magical for me and I left feeling a deep sense of peace and lightness of being.

So much WHITE LIGHT (for the first time ever)... felt like I fully left the body ... gently and peacefully buried the remnants of my old self... looking back at that version with love and gratitude... where before letting go was scary with you it was so easy... it was inevitable... at the end I was simply floating in cosmos ... felt fully and very real feeling that I am not touching the floor... just floating in white light... in nothingness and everythingness.

I had no idea what to expect but experienced a wide range of feelings, inner visions, spontaneous movements and states. My heart felt so much more open and I came away with a feeling of joy, gratitude, love for all and self love. So far I'm feeling a huge ripple effect in my life — a beautiful perspective change, an increased sense of peace and connection with loved ones, actually increased sense of wellbeing and oneness in general. And post session intimacy with my partner was stellar. 🌟

I was very comfortable in the setting, and with Patrick. The music was well chosen to stimulate, then eventually calm us. I didn't know what to expect, but it seemed easy to go with the flow. I expressed feelings, moved this body, rested, laughed, stretched and released a lot. It was a safe space.

I directly connected to the light and my chest was bursting light as well as my crown.. in one word it couldn't be better thank you soo much.. I loved the music and my body loved it too.. lots of movements.

I think the most amazing feeling is the love that I feel present with the energy. I also feel the clearing of stuck energy. I also experienced a chi ball that I played with! That was amazing!

My first experience, I felt a lot of yoga movements and release of old memories that I had forgotten about. I feel energized and in a happy, loving space. I had joined the session with certain intentions and I can say that I felt that the session accomplished those intentions of release, letting go, and moving my energy. The music, particularly towards the end helped me reflect on my experience. I am very grateful for the experience and the facilitators, they are wonderful!

Time flew and before I knew it, it was over. My body started with physical symptoms like twitching, etc, and I'm quite used to that I play a lot with energy. I find it exhausting though! So I was pleasantly surprised to find that during the second half I was able to go into a deep rest mode where everything felt heavy instead of needing to move. I felt calm and at peace and I just wanted to stay like that forever.

I felt relaxed from the start and the flow that seemed to move through me was very organic. It felt gentle and had its own rhythm and it felt safe to allow that to continue through me. I had a lot of swirling in my sacral and even had a new past life vision come through! It felt like I was being held with lots of releasing and yawning. The music was fun, aligned, and set the tone for the experience.

I loved this so much, feel very grateful to have it come into my path! It was interesting, I didn't feel energy running through my body (which I have felt before in meditation), but I felt so many urges to love my body, shake, extend my hands, I did a ton of releasing of energy but it had no story, no emotion, and no energetic feel in my body. I did burst out of laughing at one point! I felt so safe, and clear-minded. And two days later, I feel very clear and relaxed, confident, just good.

There was bliss, laughter, beautiful movement, intensity, and most importantly, so much love and connection through this life force and greater consciousness. So grateful, thank you.

I felt a strong pressure between the eyebrows and on my back. I felt very calm and a sensation of slight involuntary movement. It is a very beautiful connection process and the need to connect with higher frequencies arises.

After today's session I feel calm and grounded. The online experience is new and I found it somehow more "intimate"/"personal". I was more intuned during the inner journey. I like both set ups though.

I've had compulsive movements, mudras, seeing colors, especially purple and white in my third eye, feeling in pure presence, lot of internal activity, thoughts popping up during the session. Feeling aligned and on track, confident that all is well.

Loved the music and the journey and the love that was built into it.

A lot of clarity and as a consequence gratitude.

It was wonderful. Totally shifted my energy state from heavy and emotional to light and soft.

Every session is different. This time was more calm, less physical, but very relaxing.

Loved the music today, it helped me feel relaxed and into a state of release. I felt release and then emotions of happiness and whole.

I felt tingling in my palms so I knew my spirit guides were with me. I felt swirling white light flowing into my head and body. I felt my heart open up. Oh, and I felt energy move from my root chakra too. And in my solar plexus area. And then I felt like my body was rising, my arms wanted to move and dance with the music. And I felt cool air like a breeze on my face.

The music was great. Didn't expect to shake or release stuck trauma while back bending, but that happened, so I guess I needed it! Amazing things kept happening afterwards. Dreams, solutions presenting before problems even showed up, prayers answered, and witnessing instant healings of people. Pretty amazing stuff!

My experience during the immersion during the 4 hour [LFA] portion was amazing! I experienced being in my body and present in the moment and also experienced being the observer of my body and all the happenings in the shared space. I felt guided to an inner trip of self-discovery and identity, looking at different forms/versions of myself.

It was moments of liberation, union, self-actualization and discovery in 4 hours. I am very satisfied. I experienced a bit of what I felt my body working towards with each session — which was performing the Bridge pose and experiencing a lot of laughter, dancing, and unbridled joy. I was truly connected. Being able to get to BRIDGE POSE was immense because my body never really showed any desire to raise from the mat. It was satisfied with sway to music while lying down. So this was very striking in a positive way; in conjunction to learning that the Bridge represents man's journey through life to death and transcendence, that the Bridge represents union between the material world and the spiritual. I felt honored.
